  • Once more than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed, the purchase is non-refundable.

Templates and Downloadable Resources

  • All sales of digital templates, files, or other downloadable resources are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Consultancy and Services

  • Consultancy sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may qualify for a full refund or free rescheduling.
